The consumer can terminate this contract at any time by delivering an oral or written notice to this effect to the EVO. The contract will be terminated without any other formality from the moment the EVO receives the termination notice. If the consumer terminates the contract before the EVO began fulfilling its principal obligation , the consumer is entitled to a refund of paid funds, minus the administration fees of 10%. If the consumer terminates the contract after the EVO began fulfilling its principal obligation, no refund will be made. The EVO is committed to delivering the refundable money to the consumer in the 10 days following the termination of the contract.
